The local MLS® is operated by the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton. It makes the real estate industry quite unique, because it encourages cooperation among real estate agents. They'd never give you all the information about the cars available on the competition's lots. In the real estate industry, however, all REALTORS® have access to all properties listed on the MLS®, regardless of the company they work for.
